If not used within 18 minutes, Dunkin' Donuts coffee is discarded and a new carafe is freshly brewed. Dunkin' Donuts uses 100 percent Arabica coffee beans, imported from South and Central America, and which has its own coffee specifications, recognized by the industry as a superior grade of coffee. Based on Dunkin' Donuts Quality (DDQ) specifications, coffee is milled and processed specifically for the company. More than five flavors can be added to it: vanilla, hazelnut, chocolate, cinnamon and caramel. Dunkin' Donuts sells more than 285 million cups of iced coffee per year, and has worked hard to create an iced coffee recipe that consistently maintains flavor. For your information, there are 4 factors that affect the freshness of coffee beans: air, humidity, temperature and direct light. That's why coffee beans should be stored in a dark and dry place, and a quality checklist is performed on coffee every four hours for consistency.
